Ahmad Aljoher
Principal
Ahmad founded Verenza on a foundation of operational discipline developed during six years of active duty with the U.S. Navy. As Combat Systems Maintenance Manager and Combat Systems Coordinator aboard a destroyer, he oversaw complex maintenance programs, cross-departmental coordination, and mission-critical scheduling. He holds a BS in Economics from California State University, Sacramento, and brings the same structured, mission-driven approach to every client engagement.
Mike Casazza
Chief Scientist
Mike brings over 40 years of wildlife conservation and ecological research experience to Verenza, including 32 years as a Research Biologist with the U.S. Geological Survey. He has led multi-agency research initiatives exceeding $50 million in funding and authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications. His deep scientific expertise ensures that Verenza's project management work is grounded in technical credibility and regulatory fluency.
